UI/UX & Interaction Designer

I make complex products feel effortless.

Hi, I'm Fabian. I design mobile apps, web products, and the design systems behind them — with a soft spot for motion and the small details people feel but never notice.

Selected work

Two projects that shaped how I work — both taken from the first research question to a working prototype.

Swift

An adaptive dashboard for semi-autonomous cars. Today's driver assistance acts — or abandons an action — without ever saying why, and leaves no way to intervene short of grabbing the wheel. Swift gives the car a way to show what it intends to do next, and the driver a way to overrule it without taking over completely.

Praesenti

A pocket coach for public speaking. Losing the thread mid-sentence with a room full of people watching is a feeling almost everyone has had, and almost nobody is taught their way out of. Praesenti treats presenting as a skill you practise rather than a nerve you either have or don't — helping young adults get to the point, speak with confidence, and tell a story people follow.

About

I'm an interaction designer who believes the best interfaces are the ones you stop thinking about. I studied interaction design and have spent the years since shaping digital products across fintech, mobility, and health.

My process lives between research and craft: understanding what people actually need, then obsessing over the typography, motion, and micro-decisions that make a product feel inevitable rather than designed.

Most of that work happens shoulder to shoulder with engineers. I'd rather hand over a prototype than a spec, because the questions that matter — what happens while it loads, what happens when it fails, what happens on the fourth visit — only really surface once something runs.

Away from client work I keep a running file of interfaces worth stealing from — mostly hardware menus and transit signage.

Product & UX design. From problem framing and user flows to polished, shippable screens.

Interaction & motion. Micro-interactions and transitions that give products a sense of physicality.

Design systems. Token-based systems and component libraries that scale with the team.

Prototyping & research. Testable prototypes and lightweight research loops to de-risk decisions early.

Let's make something great.
